Enjoyed a cozy and convenient 2-night stay in a central location, had a great time visiting nearby attractions like Heladeria Presco, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The whole venue is astonishing and the staff were very helpful and smiling. The room was wide and comfortable, with a luxurious and clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the heating worked very well. The location is not really central, but close to downtown, which was perfect for us.
We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location at a fraction of the Boston's prices, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, and close to the historic center. It's also situated by the Huerva River, so you can enjoy some nice views while you're here!

I didn't eat breakfast. Very close to everything you need to visit on a first tour. The property is huge and very well equipped. A hotel with all its stars. Bathrooms. toilets, taps, water flow and temperature, unbeatable. Excellent parking, free of charge and within the building, close to the lifts. Carpet maintenance could be improved. The electrical installation shows faults. Smoking should definitely be banned and a fine of 500 euros should be applied to anyone who does so. Otherwise, the rooms smell of cigarettes. The staff are very friendly, but they convey their distress because everyone is always complaining about the same thing. That it is not within their reach to resolve. Laura, from the front desk, exhibited a professionalism far beyond what is expected for her age.
The standing ashtrays, next to the elevators, on every floor. In a hotel that smells of smokers and sells itself as smoke-free.

The staff was friendly, the bed was very big, there's a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe, and television with satellite channels available in the double room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zaragoza and had a great experience. the hotel was located near the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially in the restaurant where we had a wonderful server during breakfast. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a very good size bathroom that had all the necessary requirements. I also liked the fact that there was an adjoining second bedroom for the children, which was a great bonus. The bed was comfy and ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the prices for the rooms were reasonable and offered good value for money.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

The rooms are very spacious (even with an extra bed. as was our case) and staff is very friendly, We asked for a place to have breakfast (we didn't want a buffet breakfast. also cost 10 euros per head) and they advised us a great place, we also recommend: La Tolosana (delicious bread, buns, orange juice, very good coffee with milk, We paid 15. 75 euros for three complete breakfasts: 2 coffees with milk, colacao, 2 toasts, 1 croissant filled with chocolate and three orange juices, Spectacular.
It is a high quality hotel but it needs a little updating: now the luxury is to have a lot of plugs in the room to recharge mobiles, computers, etc. The taps in the bathroom were not working properly, we had trouble finding the right temperature.

Very friendly staff and agile checking. the main hall is wide and open, direct access to the parking. close to shops and bars and not far from the motorway access. very good parking price: 12 euros. Flat screen tv and more than 42 inches. Large pillow menu and we check that it is of good quality.
the decoration of the rooms is old-fashioned, a terrifying carpet (like the one in "el resplendimento") probably clean it but the aspect is of dirty. the bathrooms are semi-reformed, some reforms coexist in walls with very old taps that do not regulate properly. Towels worn out from years and years of washing, scraping and not drying. the room does not really have room for three beds as it was our case so the third bed was put at the feet of the other two and we had to jump to move to the second bed.

The staff is friendly and supportive, and the breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant Amaranto. This place is a great option for anyone looking to explore the city.
